Creating patients is the cornerstone of managing your practice with DoctorBase.
Click on the Create Patient button and a window will appear.
Enter the patient's first and last name, as well as any other pertinent contact information. Entering their date of birth can allow PANDA to automatically send personalized birthday greetings.
Select the box Recare Enabled if you would like PANDA to automatically send patients recall texts/emails at a specific interval from their last appointment scheduled in PANDA. You choose that interval in the dropdown right above the checkboxes.
Click Create Patient.
Click into a patient record to edit any of their details. The updates you make save automatically by clicking the blue button within each field.
